Back to black with this outfit, it feels so good. When it is summer I do not wear black a lot, but with this denim jacket I think it looks perfect for the weather right now. I guess there is another heat wave coming! Time to grab my bikini :)

RECAP OF JULY

Two days and then it is August, something went wrong with the articles that is why I upload this recap earlier. Hope you do not mind! :) When I look at the first three photos it feels for me months ago. July went not very fast but I had some fun activities! Like Amsterdam Fashion Week, my first time and I will never forget that. I was surprised and very very VERY happy that I already got invited. Saw some pretty shows with beautiful looks and met a lot of new people. That was actually the start of my holiday, a very good start. Another good start is the weather. Heat wave, thunder and rain but oh what a great temperature! And what do you do when it is this weather, you go to the beach (first time of this year) and catching up with some friends. Hope that August will be the same!

BREEZY

Me in a dress, yup! You will not see it very often but with a heat wave that we had a couple days ago I had to wear something light and breezy. This amazing Zara jacket without sleeves for the evening and my hair wilder than ever :) I try to get back my curls, everyday with a straightener is so damn bad. It is finally in my head that my hair will die if I keep on going with this. I will have days that I want to straight my hair, cause it is light and so easy to put into a pony tail! For now it is still curly and I hope that my hair grow faster than ever, sexy long curls I am ready for you :)

OLD BUT GOLD

I still know that when I was a little kid, that my mom was wearing this skort. Yes it is a skort, sadly I do not have a photo of the back. But this skort has the perfect denim color and that vintage look. From now on it is my mine :) 

THE BLACK SANDALS

Zalando Collection sandals 

After a major search for the perfect black sandals I found a pair that satisfy of what I had in mind. My first choice were the black ones from Zara, sold out everywhere. Had to look further. And further cause I could not find the right ones. Until I found these ones at Zalando, totally different actually. These have an open toe, not that high around the ankle. Different but I like. Clicked them home and here they are, finally I can quit my search!

A new wish list! It is not a big one, these are just items that I need, well want. When it is summer I am in the mood for colors, flowers or just a white outfit. In winter it is totally different! Like the yellow shorts, I am so into yellow the color makes me happy :). I am in love with the pink bag too, I have only black bags and that has to change. This bag comes very close of what I have in mind. It is a summer list with colors! What is your favorite color for this summer? :) 

BLACK JUMPSUIT

A summer item that I forgot that was hanging in my closet. This super comfy jumpsuit. I used to wear it to the beach cause you can really jump in it and then you are ready to go. With the blouse around my waist I found a way to wear it on a normal day. 

ERIK & EMILIA SUNGLASSES

Most of the time I do not enter giveaways. This time it was different, you could win this Erik & Emilia sunglasses at the The Style Sandwich. It has a different frame then usual and it caught my eye. Had to enter this giveaway and suddenly I won. I will wear it with a big smile! Thank you Marloes :)

ORIENTAL LOVE

One of my favorite shorts of the moment. Soft fabric and a great print, have a thing for oriental print.
The jackets are amazing as well!

Day two of Amsterdam Fashion Week, a big photo report, but what a great collections! My favorite was definitely Claes Iversen. Supertrash Girls was one of the cutest shows I have seen, little models who were rocking the catwalk. Fun thing was that there were no adults front row, only kids! After the show they built a party with a lot confetti. The show of Marga Weimans will stay with me for a long time, used a great print and the fabric of the dress is amazing. A big like for the orange jacket.
