When you can't go to Paris, you buy a t-shirt with Paris on it. At the River Island event I couldn't resist this item. Stripes yes! Good text yes! What do you think of my new items? THE PERFECT COAT

Sorry for the overload of photos, I could not make a choice so I posted a few more! Thank you Wendy. The day I shot these photos it was storming, thankfully there was no rain. This coat is the perfect item when you wear a skirt. How good my fluffy jacket looks, with a stormy day you have to make sure that you do not get an Marilyn Monroe moment! Happy Saturday loves.

BLACK WHITE BLOCKS

Subdued sweater, shorts, blouse, scarf - DIY chain rainboots

It was a bit cold to shoot this look, especially with this short sweater. Something I have to get used to, usually I am more with the big and comfy sweaters. But sometimes you have to try something new! Same with the boyfriend jeans, that a lot of you really liked. This is my second outfit for Subdued. Black, white and with blocks! What do you think of the shorts with tights?

CHECKED WITH LACE

Checked with lace in Amsterdam. When I went for a coffee date with my dear friend and talented photographer Rosanne, we came up with the idea to shoot some outfit photos. She liked the lace sleeves underneath my sweater and so did I. At the moment I am on my way to Amsterdam, again yes, but now for my future. It is time to search for a new study, going for something with nutrition and dietetics. I am so curious and I will keep you updated of course! For now enjoy your Saturday. Tonight it is party time for me cause tomorrow it is my birthday! 21! Aaah.

RECAP OF OCTOBER

The beginning of a new month. November. The month that I will celebrate my birthday on the 9th, I become 21. Like wow! But first, let me know which outfit your favorite was of the month October.

Part 2 of how I style my furry desert boots. I teamed up with Invito to do a 3 ways to wear! And I know that my (you) lovely readers like how I wear an item on several ways. So here you go my second look! 

I styled it with a jeans, something that I do not usually wear. But I wanted to show you that you can also wear it with a blue jeans and that you can copy the looks easily! Take a jacket that fits with your jeans and put a shirt underneath and you are ready to go. It is actually very easy, always start with 1 item. I added this dotted scuba jacket to give this outfit a little more extra! What do you think?

Right now I am on my way to Amsterdam for the Specsavers 'Brildrager van het jaar' awards. Oh my, I am one of the finalists. I have to battle against two other bloggers. It is all about the glasses and how you have styled an outfit with it. Have to walk on a catwalk and a jury is going to ask a question. Feels like a beauty pageant and I am so damn nervous! My glasses and outfit are fine, all about layering because that is really my thing. But on the other hand, this is something different for me. Is my outfit just as good (or better) as the other blogger? Will I give the right answer? I have always been a shy girl that kept away from contests like these. Well you only live once right, so I had to do this! Keep your fingers crossed for me! I am gonna walk that catwalk like I do it everyday :)
