First week of school is over and with school comes projects. The first project is to make a product about yourself. It is hard to tell.. But I am gonna do something with Fashion. Of course :) You also need to make your own blog, Pinterest or Tumblr to collect pictures that tells something about you. I do that with these inspiration photos and my outfit photos. My first idea of the product is to make a doll and you can switch the clothes, because I can change my outfit ten times a day. It may sounds weird but I will show you how my final product will look like. My ideas change aaaaa lot. Happy Saturday!

A DROP IN THE OCEAN

My favorite shoot location on the Island. Even though it was one hour earlier it became dark very fast. When I stood on this dock I was thinking that it is pretty weird that there is an small island in the ocean. You do not see any land only a beautiful sea. When it is a bright day you could see three other small islands far away. But aside that there is only sea around you, there is no ending. It was so beautiful when it was night and you saw the moon shining on the water. Wish I could share that with you. 

THE INKKAS

Rocking my new Inkkas shoes. When I received them I was surprised how colorful and bright the print is. Definitely something different! Inkkas shoes are handmade by local artisans in Peru and they use authentic South American textiles. They donate a portion of every sale to help protect the Amazon rainforest and the native inhabitants. Thumps up cause that is something that I am into, the nature and not destroying the earth. Plus they help the people. Thank you Inkkas I am super duper happy :)

CANIÇO DE BAIXO

Caniço de Baixo is the city where the hotel was. A small city which is not very touristic, I do not like boulevards with only souvenir shops and that the tourists walk in front of you feet. Give me culture, beautiful nature and lot's of old cities. It was my second time so I knew what was fun and what not. Most of the time we do not go to a city for the second time, we love to travel, but we were really late with booking. The upcoming days I will post photos of where I have been and some outfit shots. These photos are from the first day, we have not done a lot that day cause we had to go to the airport at 3 o'clock in the morning. We were tired. I took some snaps of palm trees, the see, drinks and more! This is just a little sneak peak and to tell you that I am gonna share my holiday pics with you :) 

And today is my first day of school wish me luck! 

REDNESS

Back from my holiday with a comfy look. Still in love with this jeans, to add a little more to this look I wear a striped shirt under this black shirt. Today I hope to find time to edit my holiday photos. A bit sad that I am in Holland again, but school starts Monday. A part of my body says yay and the other part says no! My final year, it will be a though year with projects and exams. I am also in a whole new class cause I chose a different sector than my friends, sadly but I also can not wait to meet new people! Even though it is August it feels for me like a new year with a fresh start. I even have to think about my next study, will it be something with fashion, lifestyle & design, journalism or something totally different? Gosh I do not know..

Right now I am on my way to the airport of Madeira, maybe you have noticed maybe you did not. But I was on holiday. 12 days of sun, swimming pools, walking in the mountains and fun nights in the city Funchal! Like last year. Madeira is a small island of Portugal and it is so beautiful, a lot of people do not even know that it exists. I will overwhelm you all with photos from my holiday and some outfit shots. For now enjoy your day, I will be in Holland this afternoon. Mweh I do not wanna leave Madeira!

LIVE IN IT

When I bought this boyfriend jeans it was actually a size too big. Do not know how thinner girls than me do it, cause it was the smallest size. But I felt like a farmer who just came back from milking cows, the jeans had no shape at all. So I used my magic trick, the dryer! Always a little risk when it comes to putting a jeans in the dryer. It will be perfect or too small that it looks like size zero. When it came out of the dryer I tried it on and uhm... oops that is not a boyfriend jeans anymore. After wearing it a couple times it became more baggy, like I wanted. Right now I live in this jeans. It fits with everything, although people say you can not wear a boyfriend jeans with a loose top or blouse. If they do not like it, I like it even more :)

VAMOS A LA PLAYA

Vamos a la play oh oh oh. When I was thinking about a summer title this song came up, now it is stuck in my head. What I wanted to show is what I take with me to the beach! The beach in Holland is not very pretty, a dark grey sea, no palm trees, a lot of beach shelters and kids who are running with their shovel and bucket. Typical Dutch I guess.. I did it too when I was a little kid, but now I take my (very old I know) iPod with me, lying on my super huge towel and have a lot of fun with friends. Do not mind at all, but sometimes I think about that time when I was searching for jellyfishes and shrimps in the sea with my brothers. Do you have an item that you definitely bring with you to the beach?

You know I like different outfits like sporty, comfy or feminine outfits. What I like even more is to use all these kind of items together. Although they would call me crazy in the city that I live in, but I just love to play with it. Like this outfit, heels with a boyfriend shorts, sporty shirt and a feminine blazer!

Sun can be my best friend, but also my enemy. I always thought that sun, natural light was good with shooting photos. Already found out that it was not good looking at all and damn bad for my skin and most of all the clothes! These photos are okay, played a bit with Photoshop, but I prefer shooting without that much sun. And little kids who were playing on the location that I wanted, can not send them back to their mommy right?! :) I am wearing my new Persunmall top which has a very breezy fabric and my new Bershka shorts. Has to get used to this shorts, cause it has a higher waist than I usually wear.

Beaver Bril The Oregon

Vandaag heb ik iets heel leuks om te laten zien, namelijk deze houten zonnebril van Beaver Bril! Dit merk is deze lente opgezet voor duurzame zonnebrillen, vandaar het hout en het groeit al snel tot een nieuwe trend. De zonnebrillen worden gemaakt van Bamboe dat een duurzaam houtsoort is. Geen kappingen van bedreigde houtsoorten gelukkig, Beaver Bril heeft daar goed over nagedacht. Het zijn tijdloze monturen en het hout maakt de bril net iets anders, ook omdat ze verschillend zijn van houtpatroon. Je hebt echt je eigen bril. Op de linker zijkant staat het logo en aan de binnenkant hun leuke slogan 'Because beavers love wood'. Wat mij verbaasde was het gewicht! Als het warm weer is, is een zware plastic zonnebril vaak niet zo fijn. Deze zonnebrillen zijn maar 20 gram en dat voel je als je hem op hebt! Er zijn twee modellen 'The Oregon' en 'The Original', beide zijn ze er in een lichte en donkere kleur. Je kunt zelfs kiezen of je donkere of lichte glazen wilt. Heel veel keus dus en super leuk voor de zomer voor bijvoorbeeld op een festival. Ik weet welke zonnebril ik op zet als het zonnetje weer schijnt!
