In denim we trust. Yes I do! Together with The Sting I teamed up to create my denim look for their new campagne #indenimwetrust. As you might know I am not really a blue jeans lover. At other people, but not for myself. So I found the perfect dark grey jeans!

TURTLE NECK INSPIRATION

Last year the big oversized sweaters became a hit. Now they added something extra to it, a turtle neck! How bigger the better, same with the size of your sweater. Let's crawl in our sweaters! Fall started last week and now we have to get ready for winter. Hope that the snow will stay away for a while. 

The trend is definitely something for me, I am a shivery person so I like to wear similar sweaters. So cozy and warm! Now it is up to you, what do you think of these big turtle necks? I already know one thing that will be annoying while wearing it, hello static hair. What would you prefer? With or without turtle neck?

A BRIGHTER DAY

Azuka fluffy coat - Otto t-shirt - H&M boyfriend jeans - Primark bag - River Island scarf - Ecco sneakers

Such a bright look when you compare it to my other outfits. I wanted to wear a blue jeans again and also with my new Ecco sneakers. Most of the time I find it a boring look. A jeans and a pair of sneakers. I like it more with a leather pants, because that is just more my thing. But I kept thinking on how I could style the look differently and not make it boring. I grabbed my super fluffy coat out of my closet, which I really like with the jeans. Great colors together. I added my tartan scarf and a mint blue bag and tada. A new favorite outfit of mine. What do you think? A look that fits me?

BE DIFFERENT

Since a week I finally got a job. I work at an espresso bar and I have to walk a lot. A LOT! Needed new shoes and I kinda deserved it. Why? I have no idea, but sometimes you need something new right. The first brand that popped up in my mind was Nike. Good shoes that walk like heaven, but there was also a price on the sneakers that I wanted. And they were not even from leather, just a weird/flexibel material that I did not want to pay more than 100 euro for. My opinion. 

Until I saw sneakers on the Instagram of Laura from MIXT Fashion & Lifestyle. They were from Ecco. Actually never thought that and I had to try them on. Even though they are more than 100 euro, they are from leather, walk amazing and it is such a good quality. Some of you may think they are a little granny, also because of the brand that sells real granny shoes (I know girls!) these are different. And just what I like, everyone is walking on Nike. I am walking on Ecco. So what do you think?

Part 2 of how I style my furry desert boots. I teamed up with Invito to do a 3 ways to wear! And I know that my (you) lovely readers like how I wear an item on several ways. So here you go my second look! 

I styled it with a jeans, something that I do not usually wear. But I wanted to show you that you can also wear it with a blue jeans and that you can copy the looks easily! Take a jacket that fits with your jeans and put a shirt underneath and you are ready to go. It is actually very easy, always start with 1 item. I added this dotted scuba jacket to give this outfit a little more extra! What do you think?

PROUD MAGAZINE FEATURES

Last week I got featured in two magazines. The one and only Dutch Vogue and Tulp magazine. Let me tell you how it happened that I am in an ad for Samsung in Vogue.
During Vogue Fashion Night Out I was walking down the street with my blogger friends and suddenly I got asked if I wanted to be photographed with the new Samsung Galaxy Alpha. Sure why not right? They also said that I could be featured in Vogue. Something that was not on my mind the days after. Until I got a call from Samsung, if I wanted to be in Vogue for one time. Not with my name or blog link. Only the picture. So there I am, standing on page 175 in the Dutch Vogue. I am still overwhelmed haha. 

The other magazine is Tulp, a lifestyle magazine. During my internship two years ago I helped with the graphic design for some articles and now for the Fashion Issue they wanted me for an interview. An online feature always make me happy, but an offline magazine and a full spread makes me doing a big happy dance! I really want to thank Denny and Marlot for this amazing feature and interview.

PASTEL COAT INSPIRATION

The pastel coats are hot this season. It started last year and now they are in every store! Maybe this trend is already a bit over at the bloggers, but I have to admit, I still doubt if should get my hands on a pretty pastel coat. Next year the pastel trend can be over! What do you think? I get so happy when I see all these colors when it is winter.
