FAVORITE OUTFITS OF 2014

To end this year I created a post with my favorite outfits of 2014! Every month I make a recap of the outfits that I posted on my blog, I picked my favorite of each month. When I saw what I was wearing in January and February I laughed, because I totally forgot these outfits. Always fun to see photos from a while a go! So tell me guys, which one is your favorite?

And of course what are your plans for tonight? So weird to celebrate New Years Eve, cause it went so damn fast. I am going to party with my best friend in her hometown with a few of her friends. Will be lots of fun (and drinks). Have an amazing night dear readers! See you all in 2015.

DAY AFTER

The day after Christmas. It was so much fun with my family, the first day my mom and I gave a high tea for my whole family. Super fun and delicious! You always eat toooo much. The second day we went out for dinner, which was pretty good too. Now I do not have to eat for a year I guess... How was you Christmas? This outfit is super simple, all my creativity was for my Christmas outfit. Maybe I will show that outfit too! 

For now I want to introduce you to something new that I will do for my outfit posts in the future. When an item was gifted to me I will add a * before the name of the brand. Why? Because I know that some of my readers, and I hear it more from my fellow bloggers that they want to be honest to their readers. We bloggers collaborate and get gifts a lot. There are brands who do not want you to say that it is gifted, but you bought it by yourself. In most of my posts, when it is sponsored I tell about it, but I think now it is even more clear! MEET POLETTE

Polette Re Acetate glasses

How pretty? I am in love with my new glasses from Polette. Yes Polette, maybe it is new for you or maybe it is not. Let me tell you something about the brand! Polette is French and they sell very unique glasses for a super special (low) price. I was surprised when I received this one! But how do they do it? 

The secret is they are the only intermediate between the factory and the customer. The frames and lenses are provided straight from their workshops, there is no stock nor intermediates to high margins. That is why the price for frames and lenses are factory prices! 

And let me tell you this, there is an unique and different frame for everyone. Want it simple? Or completely different? Polette has it! (I could not choose) That is why I am a fan, and finally they ship to The Netherlands. At first I was very curious how it would work, will the glasses fit me, will I see through the glasses? I had to try it out! And you know what, it is so easy. You need a prescription form from your opticien, you have to fill it in when you have made your account. Then you have to pick a frame (I know it is hard!). When you finally picked one you have to choose between the glass options, anti-reflective and anti-scratch is free! The only thing you now have to do is order it and wait for about two weeks. Easy right?

BLACK & WHITE DAYS

H&M coat, hat, shoulder bag - Zara jeans, sweater - Sacha shoes

Never want to take this jacket off. Sadly, kind of, the days are getting warmer and so the weather changes. Rain everyday. Means that I will look like a 'drowned cat' with this jacket on. Not really a fashionable thing, so I still have to switch from coat.

OH SO FLUFFY COAT

H&M fluffy coat

It was time for a new coat, because I don't own one... Right. Life of a fashion blogger, but I just wanted to have something new! Different and it had to keep me warm. Even though this one is with fake fur it still keeps me warm. It is a little bit like 'coat where are you going to with that girl'. I feel like I am a bear! So good. Wearing it all the time! So guys what do you think?

FREEZING

When you come back home and you realize you totally forgot to schedule this post and with some text underneath. 

And tada! There is color. I am so obsessed with this coat, how pretty is this color. I was freezing last week when I shot these photos, lately I am freezing all the time. I think it is time for a winter sleep for me, I will not get used to this weather at all. How about you? Happy Saturday!

COLORS OF WINTER

The day I shot these photos I was freezing my ass off. The 100 layers did not help, neither the leather boots. It was a hell! But everything for a good photo. I shot these at the beautiful Rijks Museum in Amsterdam, such a stunning location. Think that the colors fit perfect with it, real colors of the winter. Enjoy your day!
